Applegate R-Foam Is United Insulation Companies top choice for retro fit wall Insulation. It is a versatile solution for re-insulating older and newer homes, even those with minimal to no insulation. Its unique capillary formula allows it to flow seamlessly through empty spaces, into hard to reach areas, cracks and crevices and over existing materials. R foam ensures complete wall cavity coverage and can be easily injected from both the interior and exterior, making installation through drywall, plaster, behind brick or siding a breeze. Plus, It meets all current building standards with exceptionally high R-value, high fire rating and high sound attenuation. It can easily address the issue of cold drafty walls while being environmentally friendly.

United Insulation uses a variety of polyurethane Spray Foams (SPF) and Intumescent coating. SPF is a versatile spray-applied plastic that is a seamless insulation and air sealing barrier for various surfaces, including walls and roofs.
Available in open-cells, closed-cells and hybrids, It is renowned for its excellent resistance to heat transfer. SPF insulation effectively minimizes unwanted air infiltration, making a highly efficient solution for energy efficiency and comfort in any space.

Cellulose Dense Pack
Cellulose insulation is an eco-friendly building material made from recycled paper treated with borates (like boric acid) to make it fire-resistant, pest-resistant (termites, ants, etc.) and mold-resistant, offering superior thermal performance and sound dampening for homes. It is typically installed as loose-fill in attics or blown tightly (Dense Packed) into wall cavities to prevent settlement and air pockets. It's a "green" choice due to its recycled content, all while keeping homes cooler in summer and warmer in winter.

Fiberglass Dense Pack
Blown-in fiberglass insulation is made of glass that is spun into tiny fibers by the manufactures. Glass is naturally non-combustible and does not need to be treated with chemical additives to prevent combustion like cellulose, it's competitor. It is not treated with borates (like boric acid) to make it fire-resistant and it is much cleaner and considerably less dusty. Glass is also naturally mold-resistant and offers superior thermal performance and sound dampening qualities. It is typically installed as loose-fill in attics or blown tightly (Dense Packed) into wall cavities to prevent settlement and air pockets.

Mineral Wool Dense Pack
When installed as "dense pack," mineral wool is blown into wall cavities creating insulation offering excellent fire resistance and moisture-resistance. Mineral wool is even water-repellent, because it's made from molten rock or slag and won't absorb water like other insulations preventing mold, mildew, and structural damage while maintaining its shape and R-value even if it gets damp. It's inherently hydrophobic (repels water), allowing moisture to bead up and roll off, promoting drainage and drying within wall cavities. It outperforms traditional products in thermal and acoustic performance. Upgrade your insulation for a safer, more efficient environment.

Fiberglass & Mineral Wool Batten
Batten insulation is a true and tested effective solution for your home's energy efficiency. It can be custom cut for a durable and snug fit prevent air gaps, enhancing energy efficiency in any buildings thermal envelope. These pre-cut, blanket-like sections are designed to fit snugly between wall studs, floor joists, and ceiling rafters, minimizing heat transfer and reducing sound often featuring a paper or foil facing that serves as a vapor barrier. Available in a variety of sizes, thickness and R-values, with or without vapor barriers. When installed properly it provides excellent thermal resistance, making your living spaces more comfortable year-round.
